Kifaru Ultralight packs WILL carry heavy loads comfortably.  They WILL stand up to normal (not just "careful") use.  They WILL last a very long time.  They are "tough enough" to get the job done well.  You don't have to baby them.  But they are not "bullet proof" in the way our Cordura packs are--they can't be and be this lightweight.  Small abrasions and tears do not compromise the pack's integrity.  Such blemishes can easily be left alone or, if you prefer, covered with a dab of silicone gel from the hardware store. This fabric is more susceptible to damage from sharp objects (tools, tent poles, etc.), so care must be taken when loading these packs.

Problems associated with normal wear or abuse will mean a reasonable repair or replacement charge. Any returned goods MUST be clean, and free of grit, blood, etc., or you will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. 

All Kifaru gear comes with a  guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Should they ever fail to provide satisfaction because of defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace at no cost to you.
