Any climate, anywhere. Our 24/7 Climate Control System is the perfect synthesis of efficiency, temperature control and durability.

It incorporates two major lines:
the Regulator Sleeping Bag System and
our new 24/7 PackLock Clothing.

Better yet, this union of materials is extremely compressible. Based on the same technology as our Regulator Sleeping Bag System, your PackLocks pack down into tiny bundles or stuff easily into the corners of your pack. Ultimately, you simply carry less gear, more efficiently.

PackLock™ (pat. pend.).
In the past, slick, weather resistant garments have meant slipping, unstable pack loads.
All our garments have a proprietary, patent pending technology that fuses your pack load right right into your body. PackLock™
patches create a rock solid chain throughout the layers of your jacket or pants and grabs onto the lumbar pad on your pack. PackLock patches on BOTH the inside and outside of the garment make sure there is no slick-to-slick surfaces touching, so it all sticks together throughout the layers. A rock solid carry no matter what the load, no matter what the layers.

Temperature Range.
The building block for both systems is our combination RhinoSkin shell and Climashield climashieldinsulation - an incredibly lightweight, compressible duo that provides remarkable comfort within a wide latitude of temperatures and altitudes. Models: Standard (2 oz. / sq. yd.) and Arctic (6 oz. / sq. yd.) insulation.
You feel "just right" thanks to the weather resistant, yet breathable nature of our blended technologies.

Twenty four, seven. Truly. You can wear this gear multiple days if necessary, because it is warm enough and comfortable enough to sleep in.
The bottom line? Minimal layering and you carry less stuff.

Attention to detail.
We take extra care to prevent cold air seepage by providing features like insulated flaps behind the zippers on pants, vests and jackets. We've designed the tallest draft collar out there, to cover your face to eye level if need be. Drawstring adjustments on the collar and hem of our clothing.
Using Climashield® Insulation means that we don't need to quilt our garments. No quilting means no compressed air conduits.

Compressibility.
This union of materials is extremely compressible, letting your Climate Control System pack down into tiny bundles or stuff easily into the corners of your pack. Each is designed to pack up right into its own pocket!

GETTING THE MOST FROM YOUR 24/7 CCS
Due to the fact that the human body produces a lot of perspiration, you'll want to air out your clothing and sleeping bags. If left unchecked, damp insulation will make your 24/7s less efficient at trapping heat.
When you get home, air out your gear again thoroughly, and hang or store it uncompressed in a Stow-Away.

Cleaning.
Seasoned folks know that cold weather soft goods rarely get washed,
as the process can reduce the effectiveness of the insulation.
Never dry clean your 24/7 CCS! We recommend hand washing with Nikwax Tech Wash or Woolite,
then hang it over a clothes line.
