Here's a bullet question for Tim, Stan or anyone else. In a previous post, Stan gave rave reviews for Trophy Bonded Bear Claw bullets. I decided to give them a try buying Federal premium cartridges. After shotting 2 boxes I had poor results. Poor accuracy and a lot of drop in the longer shots. With hunting season coming up, I switched back to the noslers. A recent practice yielded excellent groups. This will be the bullet and cartridge I'll use for this year. My question is, do some rifles shoot certain bullets poorly? My rifle is a left hand (put me down as another lefty who would like more choices in light weight rifles) Ruger M77 in 30-06. I would like to give the Bear Claws another chance during the off season, or would I be wasting my time with this rifle? Paul
