You bet they can shoot differently! My Rem 700 might shoot Bear Claws or Partitions really well and yours might scatter 'em all over the place. Nosler Partitions are great bullets and really dynamite on elk. Sometimes they don't get the rave reviews by some because they shed a lot (most) of the metal above the partition and lots of the newer custom bullets out there retain a lot more weight after hits, but the bottom line is, for whatever reason, Partitions really put elk down. I think some critics are confounded by that. I have never had partitions shoot consistently tight groups (say 1/2-1"), but they almost always shoot 1 1/2-2" groups for me with most rifles, which is fine for almost any big game hunting. A couple of years ago I found that my Rem 700 in .300 Win mag really shoots the Fed Prem TB Bear Claw loads well-consistent 1/2" groups and it also kills very well-so I have been using that load. If I were you I'd stick with the Partitions-you have a rifle that really likes 'em. Stan
