I am an attorney in Denver. I have no legal relationship with Mr. Sundles. But I know criminal law pretty well, and for you or anyone else to ask him to discuss a possible criminal matter on a public message board is extremely selfish. The best thing someone can do when facing possible criminal liability is to shut up.
You may not like it, but I don't want to have a like mind end up in trouble. If you don't understand that, that's fine. But I don't want Tim to walk into criminal liability just because he's trying to be a nice guy.
