I have a had a lot of great results with Shaklee "Performance." It was used by elite athletes to set the world record in human endurance, and the world record for human powered flight during the Deadalus mission(a joint venture between Shaklee, MIT, and Stanford university)
I use it in my hydration bladder when I hunt and back pack...well worth the extra pound to carry the powder. Dave
