I use a product called Emergen-C, made by Alacer Corporation. It is a powder that comes in small packets to be mixed with 4-6 ounces of water. It provides sodium, potassium, and other electrolytes, as well as a load of vitamins. It works for me in warding off cramps from dehydration.
