Rachel and her dad, Paul

Specifically designed for those who really like to go lean and mean, the 2 Person ParaTipi weighs in at only 3 1/2 pounds! It is exceptionally light for its square footage, and  best of all, it is the only small tent we know of that accepts our wood burning stove. You get ample room for two people and their gear. Ideal for the backpacking outdoorsman who wants to extend his reach. Outstanding windproofness! You get many of the same great features and function of our larger traditional Tipis. Floorless design and space age paraglider fabric bring this roomy tent into featherweight class!

"Your advertisement should say that the stove pipe can also serve as a snorkel in heavy snows. Here is a picture of my paratipi on Saturday morning September 8, 2001."

"Four of us have been camping for five nights. We were staying in huts but took the ParaTipi as backup, which was just as well as one night the huts was full, so we spent the night with ALL FOUR of us in the ParaTipi, which to our pleasant surprise fitted us and our gear. I wouldn't want to sleep four in there every night, but because it was so light to take, and was so big for the weight, it was perfect as a backup.
Our son is now using it on his Trapping and Pest Management Course. He was looking forward to having all that space when most others are cramped up in little one and two man tents that weigh twice as much for half the space. The stove will come in handy for him as the winter starts arriving..."

"I've been posting messages on a message board called bowsite.org.  Quite a few of the topics have been relating to tents vs. wall tents vs. tipi's.  I'll tell you, a lot of people including myself are recommending your tipi's.  Before I bought a Paratipi/Stove combo from you last year, I did a lot of research on tents.  I came to the conclusion that your products are by far the best value.  Value meaning price, weight, ease of use, versatility, and durability.  My Paratipi kept me warm and dry through wind, rain, and snow. Made my hunting trip in the Flattops all the more enjoyable.  Thank you for a great product!"
Sincerely,
Jeff Cooper
