A small lumbar pack, the Tailgunner I is based on Kifaru engineering that has proven itself for decades to be extremely practical in size and fit. This pack is light and fast, yet able to carry loads without sway - so solid you'll hardly notice it's there.

Your Tailgunner includes a standard shoulder sling for convenience, and it is small enough to tuck away when not needed.

Heavier loads may require the wide Shoulder Sling (optional). This sling lets you carry any of our pockets in an over-the-shoulder manner. The wide contour spreads weight, and Tuff Grip makes sure it stays in place. Dock and Lock convenience provides instant click-in, click out mounting).

Optional Omni Belts
Omni Suspension packs come standard without a waistbelt, allowing them to ride above a buttpack or belt rig, and can drop into your lumbar region for comfort and stability if desired. Carrying extra heavy loads? Add one of four optional waistbelts for added comfort and stability.

Tailgunners come without shoulder straps, and work splendidly with just the standard sling, but if you're the type to really push the envelope on what you carry, these accessory straps will help stabilize your load. Same great features and performance as the straps on the Scout.
