g2

Built from the ground up as an all-purpose combat ruck, the Zulu is very versatile when it comes to size management. Whether you need  an assault pack, a 3-Day type pack or Patrol pack, the Zulu can do it all. The Zulu was designed to integrate with a buttpack or belt rig It is extraordinarily comfortable, with a design focusing on simplicity and durability.

A top loader has the capability of being massively overloaded if absolutely, positively necessary due to combat conditions. We gave the Zulu an over-the-top strap just for this scenario. Same on the bottom. We designed extra long lid straps that completely span the bottom of the Zulu just in case you must lash something there, and made sure that something could even be quite large. There are guides to keep whatever it is isolated down there too.
The Zulu will swallow even a large sleeping bag. In short, the Zulu is capable of toting a LOT of gear.

Access.
Rugged simplicity with absolutely no zippers and a simple drawcord closure. The top opening is very spacious, making it very easy to load and unload. Top loading access allows you to quickly load and compress while packing.

The Zulu G2 is even more comfortable with the new anatomical Lumbar Pad with dual density foam and PackLock™ and raised torso pads.
New ITW/Nexus Quick Release shoulder strap buckles eliminate all slippage.

We've gone to 21 inch stays for even better shoulder lift and extended the bag to 3,200 cubic inches.

The Zulu now has a bladder a pocket inside the bag with a hang loop, and same slot pocket layout as a ZXR.

Extra long Lid straps let this pack mushroom in volume.

A single vertical compression strap goes over the top of the extension for more security. It also makes it fast to close the bag if you're in a hurry.

Sometimes, less is more, so we made certain the Zulu will compress very small -  small enough, in fact,  to piggyback onto a larger pack.

This double layered pack sandwiches unique Slot Pockets between the PALS panel and the inner bag.  These Slots are designed hold even very long items with security.
- Ideal for water bladders (up to a 100 oz), antennas, PullOuts, etc.
- D-rings in the top of all three for dummy cording items in the Slot Pocket.
- Upper compression strap does double duty to compress pack contents and close the tops of these Slots for security. It's simple and works well.

Quick and efficient, this System  is a unique way of  docking, locking, and compressing our pockets onto the host pack with just a couple of  maneuvers. Better yet, with a single stroke, you can pop the pouch or pocket off and charge with just the necessities. The D&L's compression/attachment system compacts and stabilizes the pocket  for a rock solid, "sewn-on" feel.

Dock the pocket at any
span of PALs webbing
Lock and compress by pulling on the strap   Eject the pocket in a single move

Radio Access: designed so that you can place the antenna any where you like--even two antennas at the same time anywhere along the path of the access port. Also serves as the port for your water bladder hose. Velcro closure.   The Zulu will easily Piggyback to larger Kifaru packs, and will host small packs as well.

I just got back from a few days of pathfinder training with my new Zulu, and I cannot say enough about it. What a great pack! It carried our PRC-150's and 117's with ease. I could hardly feel the weight. I enclosed some photos you may want to use on your website.
Thanks, Joe
